​Terrice Blackwell is the founder and executive director of TB Consulting Group, LLC. This unique company grooms you for success and excellence while providing individual and group training in professional, social, dining and business etiquette. TB Consulting Group was established on a vision to fulfill a need within our community and prepare our youth for the futures they desire.
She has consulted for and presented her programs to Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys-Professional Development Academy, Georgia Gwinnett College, Youth Entrepreneurs of Georgia (A Georgia Pacific Youth Program), Georgia Tech Center for Career Discovery and Development, HBCUs, Girl Scouts of America,various organization, public and private schools, churches and youth organizations. 
In 2017 she also founded Platinum Highlights, a social club for aging gracefully women.  Their mission is to uplift, encourage and inspire women as they adjust to the next chapter of life.  Platinum Highlights has recently founded a non-profit organization, entitled, Silver Linings.  This organization was established to assist the economically challenged teen girl with an alternative pathway to the conventionally known higher education choices.  She has also served as a Board Member for Fleta Thornton Ministries and as an Advisor for the WOW Network.  With more than 30 years corporate management, customer service and training experience, Terrice is passionate about educating individuals on personal and professional development. 
Terrice is a native of Jackson, Mississippi and has been married for almost 35 years. She and her husband, Joey, have successfully run their family business since arriving in Atlanta 34 years ago.  With two young adult children, she has a firm Christian background and is an active member of Mount Moriah Church in Tucker, GA.  Terrice’s favorite scripture is “She is clothed in Strength and Dignity and she laughs without fear of the future.”  ~Proverbs 31:25
