About Restore Life

Restore Life is a Metro Atlanta based nonprofit organization focused on holistic restoration in the lives of Atlanta’s most underprivileged and disinvested residents. Utilizing and empowering local solution oriented leaders (Restoration Agents), Restore Life's ever expanding network helps fill in the gaps of need for many of Atlanta’s families. Whether it’s furniture, housing, job readiness/placement, food supply, counseling, education, music and production, or youth mentorship, Restore Life is there meeting these needs in a dignified way with a “hand up” mentality instead of a “hand out” mindset.

​Mentorship Program 

We long to see young artists, engineers and producers awakened amongst the youth in the Bankhead community of Atlanta. Due to the various negative influences, many of our gifted youth get sucked into a culture that leads them down a destructive path. When good art flourishes a community flourishes. Throughout history, community renewal is powered by the art community telling their stories. Our goal is for our artists to be awakened to tell their story in an excellent way that shines light on the systemic injustices and community struggles we face, but also gives hope of a better future.

The Bankhead Renaissance

The Bankhead Renaissance is an intellectual and cultural revival of African American led music, dance, art, fashion, literature, theater, entrepreneurship, technology  and spirituality centered in the Historic Bankhead community of Atlanta Georgia. With various youth led businesses at the forefront, this movement is having significant impact in changing lives.
