Jodie Williams is a semi-retired leader, entrepreneur, and a skilled coach who brings positivity, energy and a desire to help others grow and succeed to every situation. One underlying theme and focus in all her work: valuing the individual and tapping into their potential.
Jodie was founder the Training Edge Group, LLC; a corporate training company that specialized in leadership development, communication and diversity training. A sampling of her many satisfied clients included Turner Broadcasting, McKesson Corporation, SunTrust Bank and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Community service has always been at the core of Jodie’s life. She has journeyed to Africa, Mexico, Alaska and Bosnia on mission trips. She is a long-time volunteer for Blue Skies – an organization that takes children with cancer and their families on vacation to the beach. She was a skilled supervisor for Habitat for Humanity. And Jodie and her husband, Don, served as foster parents for over 3 years.
Jodie began serving with Restore Life a year ago when she helped lead summer camp for the girls in Grove Park. Since then her presence in the Grove Park community has grown! She joined the Restore Life Board in January 2020.
